About This Spot

Stepping into Mom’s Restaurant in the heart of Uxbridge is like slipping into a beloved gathering spot where familiarity and warmth greet you right away. The space is intimate, with tables nestled close, inviting easy conversation and a sense of community that’s often missing in larger, more impersonal eateries. The energy hums softly—a steady flow of regulars and new faces sharing morning rituals or leisurely weekend brunches, all beneath the gentle buzz of friendly chatter.

The pace here is unhurried but attentive, where the staff seem genuinely pleased to see each guest, moving with quiet kindness that makes the visit feel personal without fuss. It’s exactly the kind of place where you might find yourself coming back, whether it’s after an early trail walk on a Sunday or a casual lunch with friends who crave good, honest food at comfortable prices.

Speaking of food, the menu feels like an affectionate nod to classic New England breakfasts and hearty lunches, each plate arriving with a home-cooked simplicity that comforts as much as it satisfies. You might linger over an over-easy egg paired with smoky home fries, or indulge in the subtle twist of a Mexican omelette filled with familiar spices. The pumpkin pie crepes whisper of seasonal charm, while the hearty bowls and sandwiches on offer give a quiet nod to tradition, made with care and a steady hand.

There’s a sincere unpretentiousness to Mom’s that mirrors the town itself—a local spot where stories are shared, mornings start in gentle company, and meals feel like a warm, welcoming pause in the day. It’s the kind of place you go not just for the food, but for the small moments of connection that happen over a well-poured cup of coffee or a favorite dish served with a smile.

We came here with some friends as first time. Their food is very good . I had a breakfast bowl called TexMex ( I think) which is basically kinda a burrito bowl without rice but with eggs. It was very good and high protein source. Tables are very close to each other so, if you still afraid of Covid wouldn’t come since is a small place but, if you don’t care I recommend you to try it.

The local restaurant for breakfast. We happen to find this place after our morning trail on a Sunday morning. The environment is full of energy and the friendly staff is an added bonus. It was Mother’s Day and the place was almost full. We ordered our favorite egg Benedict along with coffee and it was yummy. I don’t have any doubt that any other item would have been of similar quality. There were many options and price and quantity is decent. The place is small. The good thing that they have a good parking space in the back. I would visit again if I am anywhere in this area.

I used to come here all the time as a kid with my grandparents, even now as a grown adult I bring my partner here. I've never had any issues with food or service, everything is subpar. I love the western omelet and the home fries, its cozy and friendly on the inside, the kinda place you can go to meet up with an old friend! Service is fast and waitresses are kind! This is the kinda place you could bring your whole family to. I always leave good tips as you never know what people can go through as well

Great food and great service. Prices are about $1-2 higher than most, but they don't charge an extra fee for charge cards! Food was delicious+ they have a very good cook! Atmosphere is a bit cramped with tables pretty close together. We went in late morning and the atmosphere was good but I can see it could get noisy. Menu is crazy broad! And could probably be narrowed without hurting the business. Plenty of free parking behind the building.
